Board Information
NOTE: Board rates will be increasing as of January 1st
- Full board: $500 plus GST, self board: $400 plus GST.
Full Board
- $475 per month plus GST
Self Board (Do Your Own Cleaning)
- $375 per month plus GST
- You clean, we supply all feed and do the feedings.
- Blanket Fee: $5.00
- This fee will apply each time management has to take off and put on your horses blanket.
- This fee applies to self boarders only.
- Stall Cleaning Fee: $10.00
- This fee will apply when staff is used to clean stalls for self boarders.
- Due to work load we would appreciate staff being used to clean ONLY in the case of emergency.
- If you are going to be away for an extended period of time, please see management to work out cleaning arrangements while you are away.
Facility Rentals
Monthly Ring Rental
- $100 per month (Including GST)
- If you live close by and need a ring, you can rent ours monthly.
- NOTE: Any person riding must sign a Summerwinds waiver.
Facility Rental for Clinics
- $15 per hour (per person) or $120 per day
- Details to be discussed with management.
- We welcome clinicians and other events!
- NOTE: Any person riding must sign a Summerwinds waiver.
Instructors User Fee
- Instructors fee $5.00 per lesson.
- These fees are the instructors responsibility to gather from students and should be paid to the facility at the end of each month.
- Please note: ALL instructors must have proof of valid insurance.

Fly masks on/off, use of shavings or hog fuel

Please visit the Facility Rates page as there are new fees listed which will apply to those who are on Self Board, Blanket Fee’s starting in November 2007, and an increase in Stall Cleaning Rates beginning in January of 2008.
