- No smoking on the property.
- Barn hours are from 8am to 8pm. If you need to be at the barn before or after hours, please inform management in advance.
- No lunging in the indoor ring, or outdoor ring. Lunging is to be done in the round pen or small outdoor ring only. No exceptions.
- All instructors MUST have valid insurance. No exceptions.
- Driveway speed limit is 20 km/h. this is for everyone’s safety.
- Children MUST be supervised at all times. Absolutely no children in the hayloft.
- You must pick up after your horse when you are finished riding, this includes the rings, on the pathways and down the driveways. This applies to ALL riders.
- Tie stalls, wash rack and barn isles must be swept after use. Wash rack should also be hosed.
- Feeding is done by staff only.
- Dogs must be leashed, or in the dog run. NO dogs in the barns. Please clean up after your dogs in the dog run and on the property.
- Use the lower driveway for entering and exiting the farm.
- Riding lessons must be written on the calendar in the upper barn hallway.
- Spectators, friends, relatives and children in moderation please.
- Boarders, instructors and outside riders MUST sign a waiver.
- Permanent trailer parking located at the front of the property (upon request) – pick up and drop off can be done in the parking lot. Do not block driveways with trailers.
- Respect the privacy of the family in the residence. Exception: EMERGENCY.
- The barn phone in the lower feed room can be used for local calls or to contact the house: 652-1164.
Changes to Self Boarding
Please visit the Facility Rates page as there are new fees listed which will apply to those who are on Self Board, Blanket Fee’s starting in November 2007, and an increase in Stall Cleaning Rates beginning in January of 2008.
