• No smoking on the property.
  • Barn hours are from 8am to 8pm. If you need to be at the barn before or after hours, please inform management in advance.
  • No lunging in the indoor ring, or outdoor ring. Lunging is to be done in the round pen or small outdoor ring only. No exceptions.
  • All instructors MUST have valid insurance. No exceptions.
  • Driveway speed limit is 20 km/h. this is for everyone’s safety.
  • Children MUST be supervised at all times. Absolutely no children in the hayloft.
  • You must pick up after your horse when you are finished riding, this includes the rings, on the pathways and down the driveways. This applies to ALL riders.
  • Tie stalls, wash rack and barn isles must be swept after use. Wash rack should also be hosed.
  • Feeding is done by staff only.
  • Dogs must be leashed, or in the dog run. NO dogs in the barns. Please clean up after your dogs in the dog run and on the property.
  • Use the lower driveway for entering and exiting the farm.
  • Riding lessons must be written on the calendar in the upper barn hallway.
  • Spectators, friends, relatives and children in moderation please.
  • Boarders, instructors and outside riders MUST sign a waiver.
  • Permanent trailer parking located at the front of the property (upon request) – pick up and drop off can be done in the parking lot. Do not block driveways with trailers.
  • Respect the privacy of the family in the residence. Exception: EMERGENCY.
  • The barn phone in the lower feed room can be used for local calls or to contact the house: 652-1164.
